Welcome to the new Workout Routines.
I want to thank everyone who has been faithful to us since the original site was launched on Blogger in June of 2006.
The new re-design has all the old posts plus all the great features of WordPress. We will be adding more video and audio to make this site a multi-media rich experience.
There has been some changes, besides the new look of course, and I would like to draw your attention to them.
Since Workout Routines is now hosted on my own server and I will be charged bandwith fees (I have over 2,000 weekly readers), parts of this site are no longer free.
The News, Workouts, and Sports Specific Workouts are all free for everyone, but the Old-School Workouts, Audio and Video sections are for premium members only.
Don’t worry. It’s not going to cost you an arm and a leg to become a premium member. Money isn’t my main motivation, which is why 80% of the site is free and loaded with rock-solid info.
My goal is to help you build the body of your dreams and in the premium areas of the site, you will watch, hear and read all my best stuff. Things only my personal training and business clients have received.
