Basic Bulk and Power Routine Part 5

This weeks video continues our Lessons of the 50s Series.

Today we spotlight a very popular bulking and power routine from the 50s and 60s. This one involves another three-day power routine that focuses on building mass throughout the body

There are gems in this routine and if more people would follow this workout than the ones in the muscle rags, there wouldn’t be so much confusion on building muscle and raw power.

Enjoy the video.

Thanks. I really appreciate the information.

    Take care, AK

30 to 35 years ago I used to workout at Chet Yorton’s gym in Las Vegas. Occasionally I would work out at George Eifferman’s as well. Knew and admired both men. Learned a lot in those formative years. Over the years I have continued to train, but have gotten away from the basics. After watching your videos I have decided to return to the basics once again. Any other videos or information regarding the “old school” way to workout would be appreciated.

    Thanks again, AK
