Old School Muscle Building System Update

August 17, 2010

After making the announcement last week about making the site free again, the reaction has been very positive and I thank you for that.

All those who have been members will NOT be billed anymore. There’s no need to worry about that.

Since the site is free again, I had to stop posting the Old School Muscle Building System videos on the Workout Routines site.

I’m sorry, but I can’t give them away for free. We are converting them to DVD right now to be sold as a physical product, which was my intention all along.

Members would receive the digital version here. Since the site is no longer a paid site, the OSMBS will not be posted here any longer.

For those interested in purchasing the system, I will have an announcement very shortly when the DVDs will be available.

In the meantime, enjoy the site, and stay tuned for Thursday when our video of the week will be on a very effective workout routine.

Take care and train hard.
