Down and Out With a Bug

I wanted to update the blog with a little update on myself. I haven’t posted this week because I caught a bug and it hit me pretty hard. Yes even serious workout enthusiasts can get sick.
I’m feeling a little better so I decided to grab my laptop and start typing. This is a quick little workout to try after a layoff or a sickness.
It’s a decent bodyweight routine that will have you feeling good and ready to go hard on the weights, but only after you get warmed up with this bodyweight routine.
Back on Track Workout
Hindu Squats
Chins
Pullups
Dips
Notes: Perform this workout 2-3 times per week, eat good food, get plenty of rest and drink lots of water.
