Happy Halloween everyone.
Enjoy the night, be safe, don’t eat too much candy and party sensibly.
After the fun, here’s a workout to burn off some of those sugar calories.
After Halloween Workout
Overhead Press 5 x 6
Bench Press 4 x 5
Rows 4 x 5
Squats 8 x 3
Notes: Warm-up before lifting heavy. Perform this routine 2-3 days per week and as always, train hard with max intensity.
