Happy Thanksgiving

No workouts today. Just enjoy the food, family and football.
This is a time to be thankful for all we have. We have a tendency to focus only on things that are going bad in our lives, but if you really look around, you’ll see most of it is pretty good.
This is time to be with family and friends and be grateful and thankful for the life we have. Gratitude is a very powerful emotion, we should use it more.
So eat your turkey, stuffing and mashed potatoes and enjoy them because you’ll have to work it off on Friday.
