One question I’m asked over and over again is how to train effectively when your pushing 40 and beyond.
As you get older training methods need to be adjusted to compensate for a decrease in recovery ability and human growth hormone.
No, it doesn’t mean heavy training has to be abandoned…volume has to be controlled instead.
