The 3 x 3 Bodyweight Workout

The 3 x 3 is a great bodyweight workout for individuals short on time and weight training equipment.

In the 3 x 3 bodyweight style you perform three multi-joint exercises to failure with minimal rest between exercises for three circuits, hence the name 3 x 3.
