The Classic Routine

I’ve dubbed this workout the Classic Routine because all the best exercises ever created to give you a perfect total body workout are included.

This routine works the entire body and only results producing, multi-joint compound movements are used.

Train hard, train heavy, eat good food and get proper rest. That’s really all there is to it as far as building a healthy, powerful and muscular body without the use of chemicals.

The Classic Routine
Overhead Press
Dips or Bench Press
Pulldowns or Chins
Rows
Squats or Deadlifts

Notes: Perform this workout 2 days per week. Get plenty of rest, eat good food and drink lots of water.
