Here’s a great workout that incorporates the best of the best exercises to have in a muscle and power building workout.

Time and experience have proven this to be true. Work hard on these basic exercises and watch your body grow like never before – naturally, without artificial inducement.

An exercise is worthwhile if it allows you to use very heavy weights — brings into play the BIG muscle groups — and causes lots of huffing and puffing. Pretty simple huh?

Work hard and intense on the basic exercises and growth is assured. Follow this powerhouse routine and you’ll be well on your way to size, strength and health.

The Powerhouse Workout
Overhead Press
Rows
Power Cleans
Bench Press
Squats or Deadlifts

Notes: Perform this workout 2-3 times per week, eat good food, get plenty of rest and drink lots of water. If you do it three times a week, make sure to drop the squats/deadlift on the third day.
