Welcome to the workout routines blog. I’m glad you stopped by to check us out. I think you’re going to like it here.
I’ve always been a muscle building enthusiast and no matter what book or magazine I picked up on the subject – I’d end up checking out the workout routines. I was fascinated by them, especially the old-timers and how they trained.
That’s what this blog is about. Training routines from the past to the present. It doesn’t matter what type of training your into – HIT, Weider System, Power to the People, Combat Conditioning- I wanted this to be a site where everyone who’s into working out can come and find routines that may help them grow more – in size and strength. I want to create an encyclopedia of weight training routines right here on this site.
If you’re idea of a workout is shooting a needle in your ass, then this blog is not for you. Hard work and natural strength training is what I’m about. Every training philosophy is welcome here, but if you’re into hyping supplements, steroids and other bullshit, go away!
In addition, we’ll have articles, mini-biographies of strongmen from the past and present and columns. I want this to be as interactive as possible. Let me know your routines – the ones that worked and the ones that didn’t. If you have any suggestions to make this blog better – post that too. Anything you can contribute to help others and make this blog grow will be appreciated.
